1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") defines the terms of use of the informational resource beg-auto.com (hereinafter — the "Website"), owned by Limited Liability Company "BEG-AVTO" (hereinafter — the "Company").
1.2. The Website is an informational resource that does not sell goods or services but provides information about the Company's activities and collects inquiries from users via the feedback form.
1.3. Using the Website, including filling out the feedback form, constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.
2.1. The Company provides the User with informational services in the form of access to information on the Website and receiving cooperation requests through the feedback form.
2.2. The User has the right to review information on the Website and send requests to the Company by filling out the appropriate fields in the form.
3.1. By filling out the feedback form, the User voluntarily provides the Company with personal data, including: name, email address, phone number, subject of the message, and comments.
3.2. The Company processes the User's personal data solely for the purpose of handling inquiries, establishing cooperation, and informing the User.
3.3. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts.
3.4. The Company undertakes to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data received and not to transfer them to third parties without the User's consent, except as provided by law.
3.5. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by submitting a written request to the Company.
3.6. Personal data are stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or until the withdrawal of consent.
4.1. The Company undertakes to:

4.1.2. Use the User's personal data in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and current legislation.
4.1.3. Ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data received.
4.2. The User undertakes to:
4.2.1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when filling out the feedback form.
4.2.2. Not post information on the Website that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or materials prohibited by law.
4.2.3. Not use the Website for distributing spam, viruses, or other harmful information.
4.2.4. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
5.1. The Company is not responsible for:
5.1.1. Temporary technical failures, interruptions in the Website's operation, or internet connection outages.
5.1.2. Consequences of incorrect or inaccurate information entered by the User.
5.1.3. Damage that may arise to the User as a result of unlawful actions by third parties.
5.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when filling out the form.
6.1. All materials posted on the Website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, are the property of the Company or used with proper rights.
6.2. Use of the Website's materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited.
7.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time without prior consent of the User.
7.2. The new terms take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.
7.3. Continued use of the Website after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
8.1. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
